Backtagging: Absolutely!
Threadhopping: I love these, please feel free on any thread that isn't locked or some manner of action one-on-one.
Fourthwalling: I'm fine with people knowing about Sonic the Hedgehog as a fictional game character, but Naugus likely won't mention him often. And if he does, he calls him "Quickster", which is kinda vague and misleading. Ixis Naugus is a character limited to the comics and a single episode of the SatAM cartoon; if it's logical for your character to know about him from a fiction standpoint, that's fine. But they'd really honestly have to be an avid fan of the comic series to justify this.
Offensive subjects: As a personal preference, I prefer to avoid rape in RP. This includes plots containing or pertaining to it, conversation about it and the actual act. I won't avoid characters who have it in their history, but I would like to request it not be brought up with mine, either this one or any others I app in the future. Thank you for understanding! And if you have any concerns or questions about this matter, just ask! I am super approachable.

Hugging this character: Sure! It might be awkward, but OOCly, it's just dandy.
Kissing this character: Same as above.
Flirting with this character: He's gonna suspect you're angling for something ulterior, but yes.
Sex/relationship/shipping with this character: WHO KNOWS WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS. Yes. I'm totally fine RPing sexual things, but let's hash things out beforehand if anything somehow, strangely, takes a turn in that direction. Naugus is not a very sexual character, but he's got (headcanon) history and I'm OOCly not opposed to it. Stranger things have happened in the Nexus.
Fighting with this character: Sure! Naugus is very capable at magic, though, so just be warned he's no pushover. And even if things go sour, he's got a million ways to escape a bad situation. That said, I have no problem taking a beating or coming out a loser, it's just gotta be fair.
Injuring this character: Totally, so long as it's not anything hugely maiming or disfiguring, at least without discussion beforehand.
Killing this character: No.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, but he might sense you in his head. There would also have to be discussion as to what's seen in there. His brain's a weird place.
